We have created key strategic partnerships with multiple international marketplaces obtaining an intimate understanding of how to deliver against their Cross-Border growth goals in key international markets.
Our business is split into 4 mutually beneficial business units.
Our Key Clients
Marketplace UK and European merchant acquisition
Acting as a European seller acquisition team for our clients we manage the lead generation, onboarding and account management of key online merchants based on the needs of the client.
We regularly speak and appear at many different events and industry functions for the marketplaces we represent, all of which contribute to fulfil a brand building and awareness program of the Marketplace and 1st-party retail models across these channels.
We also act as the focal point of all industry relationships from Integration Service Providers, Industry Press and Payment/FX/Currency Partners, PIVOT owns these relationships and manages the content flow and growth strategies.
Consulting and Project Management for full international Marketplace builds
Creating the strategy, building the full RFP process and project managing the marketplace build for international governments and private organisations.
Bespoke Cross Border Marketplace Entry Strategy
Bringing together our international marketplace ecosystem to offer large brands and retailers new marketplace channels
Rather than the traditional marketplace strategy of many brands (which typically starts and stops at Amazon & eBay) we try and help clients understand the trend towards channel ownership elimination of grey market goods, while also offering a broader channel ecosystem
Pivot put together the strategic and operational frameworks to help brands understand the best global marketplaces and help them put into place the required steps to scale in/on these markets. We bring together the best combination of technical integration, merchant of record, shipping, warehousing, returns and account management, data analytics and marketing to optimise and drive GMV from each additional channel.
D2C: Direct sourcing and selling on key international marketplaces
Becoming a key merchant and providing white label products for a number of key international marketplaces. Our ability to source directly through our teams on-the-ground in China, manage direct injection shipping models and optimise our own branded store fronts with analytical feedback from the marketplaces allows us to practice what we preach.
