As a co-founder of Pivot, Neil brings an understanding from both the retail sector (Selfridges, Emma Bridgewater & House of Fraser) and the marketplace arena (Tejuri.com). Neil spent 10 years living in Dubai where he managed a retail research & advisory company for the majority of that time before moving back to London to consult into the UK government. As a consequence he has an industry perspective that is as unrivalled, as it is knowledgeable and diverse. Neil’s role at Pivot typically concentrates on client management and industry representation.
As a co-founder of Pivot James’ role focuses on partnership management and strengthening Pivot’s ecosystem across the eCommerce landscape, bringing with him nearly 15 years of international eCommerce experience from the likes of Li & Fung, Vente-Privee and Microsoft. Having run a €30m European eCommerce division of Global Brands Group and also co-founding an eCommerce consultancy in New York he has a steely-eyed determination for success and an unrivalled entrepreneurial spirit. Something that comes with having worked for and alongside the likes of Facebook, L’Oreal and Saatchi & Saatchi.

Gareth is a proven leader having been both a Sales and Publishing Director for two of the leading Lifestyle Publishers in the Middle East, he has worked for globally recognised brands such as Time Out, Hello, OK! and Women’s Health. Latterly Gareth has moved towards a digital focus and with digital media, content marketing, eCommerce and project management skills, as well as being a google partner with inbound marketing and adWords certifications he is now empowering the growth of Pivot as the Head of Acquisition across our Marketplace Channels.
